Very throughly cleaned between guests. Great value if you book last minute (around $50 per night). Super clean and very comfortable. 7eleven is literally in the lobby.

Check out time is strict at 10 am and WiFi is spotty.

The location was great, conveniently close to the train station and with good connections to the surrounding area. A konbini on the ground floor ensures that you can get anything necessary at a moment's notice. The staff was very helpful with the manager speaking in very good English with me, the bed was very comfortable and the room was simple, but nicely furnished and generally very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

As I stayed for just 2 days and had a great time, I have no complaints.

The bed was very comfortable. I liked being close to the station. The breakfast was quite nice, with a great variety!

It was clean, had a decent sized desk we used to arrange all of our overnight things. Bathroom was clean and it had a shower and plenty of toiletries. Close to a train station.

Good location

The water flow at the sink in the bathroom is very weak, and the room itself is quite small. Although it’s close to Fujisawa Station, the overall value is quite low. Price per night is high.

A fantastic hotel clean and efficient. Has everything nearby, restaurants, 7/11, train stations and shops including Don Quixote. My room on top floor had fantastic views & there are microwave and clothes washing facilities too.

Could use a dedicated English tv channel for people who stay 2 weeks like myself.

It’s was very clean everything, Especially Towels, Night gown. Exactly Non smell!! Also the Bathroom was so clean. That was awesome!

No parking lot, just two small elevators for the entire hotel. Elevator traffic was bad.

The room we booked was touted as one with ocean view and sold at a much higher price than the standard double rooms. Not only was there no primary ocean view - the ‘ocean view’ was obscured by tall buildings. It would have been city view in all fairness and should not have been sold as one with an ocean. Complementary coffee was not offered.

The staff were very accommodating, breakfast was included i thought until 10:00am but I didn’t read last orders at 09:30am i got to breakfast at 09:38 but at front reception the kind staff spoke to kitchen staff and they allowed my partner and i to order and eat breakfast. Much appreciated
